Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Good Morning Everybody,
I am back! I was so busy this past weekend. Hope all of you had a nice weekend! 15 more days until my PS surgery! I am all done to prepare to get stuffs before my surgery . Dr goodkind is looking forward to work on me on July 21 and we had a nice long conversation with my hubby last Friday. He said he expects me speedy recover after surgery because I am exercising 5 or 6 times a week. Let's see if it is true and I will let you know if it is true or not!
It will be busy at work today.
B-slice of ham and mozz stick while made lunch for my daugther for her day camp

S simple smart milk and load of water
will do weight lift for 30 min at gym then will jogging/walk for 3 miles with my dog tonight

Good Morning Everyone,
Hope you all had a wonderful weekend & holiday with friends and family.
I've been straight out busy....my mom is in the hospital & hopefully will be released today. Hubby & I painted our WHOLE kitchen yesterday since I wanted to be close to home for mom...what a project but looks great! Nothing like a coat of paint to spruce up a room!
Diet iced tea with fiber
B - low fat cold cut of some type warmed up w/cheese
S- Mozz string cheese
L- left over steak tips, cuke cumbers and baby carrots in rice vinegar. Some LF yogurt
D - Pork loin on the grill & some veggies. (Hopefully will stay down. Me & Pork don't get along too well.)
Will try to walk some time today. Depends when mom is being released, will need to pick her up & get her settled at home.

A bit different twist on my reporting exercise and food today.

Off to put my food together for the day, focusing on 1000 cals.
3 meals, dense protein, protein shake (trying new flavors for powdered Isopure), goal of 70 oz water, good carbs (veggies/fruits), LFNS yogurt, calcium supp, synthroid, multi vitamin.
No exercise today. Not feeling well.
Need to check in with my nutritionist.

I must admit that I have been struggling with exercise lately. Its just darn hot! But I feel my stomach poking out so I know that I need to get on it more than the once or twice a week that I have been over the past few weeks. So even if I wait until the sun goes down, I still need to do my aerobics tonight. It just has to be done!
Hi Everyone - Hope everyone is well, sounds like it as it has taken me a week to catch up on reading posts. It has been awhile, but my life has finally slowed down (I love the summertime - it slows down for me, while everyone else is usually busy) and I am able to actually get online during the day!!

D Have so many leftovers from a holiday weekend full of cooking! Will have a smal piece of Rib eye steak along with a small salad.
Went to gym after work and got another good workout in. Muscles were tingling all the way home . Felt great. Will kick back for the rest of the night. Hope everyone has a wonderful evening!

working on upping my protein intake..I think I got a liitle too complacent when Dr. Aranow said 50 grams is enough...It's just not enough for me, and I feel better when I get at least 70 grams...Also drank about 10 glasses of decaf iced tea....thanks Julio for the great suggestion...I am addicted to those little packets.....Happy I found the decaf, or else I would be jumping off the walls....
As far as exersize,,,to be honest with you, that rice pudding was not necessary, and I felt like crap after eating it, so did not want to go to the gym...But my daughter harrassed me and I had to go with her..I figured, maybe 20 minutes on the eliptical, and then colapse...Well, I did 50 minutes on the elliptical, over 4 miles,,,who would have thunk it?...before bed will do my sit-ups and girlie push-ups...
