Happy July 4th weekend! I will be home on mostly weekend but will go family picnic on Sunday. Had to go work on Monday Yuck! I will go see PS doctor for final appointment before my surgery with my hubby. Have a safety and fun weekend B smoothie S load of water L ham, cheese with cherry tomatoes S load of water D cod fish with small salad S simple smart milk and load of water Already went powerwalking with my dog this morning and will do abs sit and push up tonight Hugs Kathy K

What a wacky week! Been hitting the pavement running each day! Just finishing up the largest project of the year. Perhaps another week of this and I will be in the clear. A few slip and slid moments with food... always at night when I am tired. Keeping a watch on my "beast". All in all still doing my exercise (that's progress for this puppy). if I may. Not a perfect human being this week.... Ah, LIVING IN THE GREY! Off to plan some healthy food to take with me on the road as I venture back to the "zoo" today for another glorious 8 hrs of playing with the hyenas! Everyone have a great day. T.

Good Morning, Wishing you all a great holiday weekend. If your heading for a picnic, go armed with a plan. I am sure we are going to cook out at some point. I have soy chips to eat instead of potato chips and will make sure there is a green salad on hand to eat with my burger or hot dog. Going to make sure exercise is part of the festivities too. B - mozz cheese & few cubes of watermelon, later coffee L - salad w/chicken s - sb diet bar D - don't know yet s - sf popcicle Car will be in the shop today -- walking to work from the shop and walk later on later! teri

TGIF! predawn protein bar B - special K w/ protein S - cheese stick L - small salad S - sb oatmeal cookie D - ? feeling like some chicken S - slim a bear bar Only did 20 minutes of Leslie Sansome last night. Its amazing how out of shape I've become after only a few days away from exercise. Oh well, back to it again tonight, wish me luck! Going to a graduation party tomorrow and then spending the weekend in RI with my friend. At both places they know about my eating restrictions so there should be plenty of good food for me. But just in case, I am buying some protein bars after work so I can bring some with me.

YAY Finally FRIDAY!!! The in-laws have left and I am relaxing today and ENJOYING the quiet!! My son has gone off with his father for the 4th of July weekend... I have to admit, the solitude isn't all it's cracked up to be!! I will most likely get going on some work out in the gardens... it's such a beautiful day outside!!! B: 1 cup Carb&Sugar Counter Yogurt sprinkled with Kashi Crunch, Milk S: Ka****rail Mix granola bar L: Most likely small chicken fajita salad S: String Cheese/Pepperoni D: Undecided... Mark and I may take a night out just the "two of us" S: SF Popcicle Water... and LOTS of it today!! I have 64 ounces so far... Just starting my day but so far coffee with 1 % milk B - 1 1/2 egg whites 1/2 slice french toast w/ no sugar syrup 1/2 cup burnt top of homefries coffee w/ milk now off to the gym. L - will be yogert w/ flaxseed and banana and or blueberry s- protein bar Dinner - not sure yet. and lots of water all day.

Hi everybody! Hope evwryone has an excellent weekend! B 3oz's steak and peppers with a slice of LF cheese melted over it! S String cheese stick L Small piece of Eggplant Parm S A few grape tomatos with olive oil and basil along with a small slice of rye bread D Turkey Hot dog nite tonight! Will skip the bun and have a small salad with it Went into work at 1am this morning and worked till 11am. Last day of the month and had to get all the work out and everybody wanted to pick up their stuff in the AM, sigh. Came home and caught up with the yard work so am quite the tired old man . Will hit the gym in the morning with Ray. I need a nap! Have A Great 4th of July Everyone!

Hello everyone! Crystal light sunrise orange drink w/benefiber B - fat free bologna & melted cheese S - 2 sugar free lemon cookies & couple bites of fruit (left overs from my team meeting last night) L - rolled up cold cuts (turkey & ham) with cheese & mustard a few mini-pickles & few bites of fruit D- lemon chicken..few cooked carrots, few bites of mashed potatoe Went for a walk at lunch around the block. Plan on walking a few miles tomorrow morning. Have a great weekend all, Mickey

B 3/4 of weign****cher's bagel , toasted (TASTES NOTHING like the real thing) S coffee, L small salad with grilled chicken, one bite strawberry shortcake S 3 cookies (again!!!! what's with this crazy sweet-tooth???) D roast beef, a little chicken, and some coleslaw (no mayo) S strawberry protein smootie, blueberries OK, the beans I ate last nite were sooo a bad idea...... GAS...the painfull, feels like you're gonna die kind......no exersize today except for a leisurely 15 minute walk.....went to the store and bought some gas-x.... .BEANS ARE BAD!!!!! burp........burp..... also had herbal tea, and OMG that's it.....with all that gas bothering me so much, I just realized I have not had my fluids for the day...CRAP, CRAP...gotta go drink something.... OK, Sipping on a very large glass of iced green tea as we speak......Have to remember to keep hydrated, especially when it's hot like today....
