Hey Everybody
I am home this morning because my son will getting brace on his teeth today. I just finished 45 min cardio on my treadmill and will do sit up ,push up and upper weight lift tonight
B- slice of ham and mozz stick while made Jessica 's lunch for day camp

S i love to have milk before I go bed I am little girl LOL Simple smart milk and load of water

Must exercise today, must exercise today....its been "that time of the month" and I am just completely unmotivated to move my body. But its been two days, too much time to sit on my behind! I will do my Leslie Sansome today if it kills me!

Hi everyone!!!!
I spent a good amount of time with my family today.... the in-laws are leaving tomorrow -- after almost a month's stay. I'll be sad to see all the chaos go, hahaha...Mark and I took them out for Sushi Dinner tonight... woah am I STUFFED!! I think I need a nap!!!! hehe..
B- 1 Scrambled Egg, 1 slice American Cheese, Multi-Grain Toast, glass of Milk
S- Kashi Granola Bar
L- Salami/Cheese Roll-ups
S- Handful of unsalted nuts
D- Miso Soup, Sushi Platter... soooooooooo yummmmy!!!!
S- Don't think I'll be able to eat anything later on... tonight...
Didn't get in nearly as much water as I should today... trying to pu**** over the next couple hours before I hit the hay...

B 1/2 cup of farina made with 1% milk, added extra protein and my PROTEIN COFFEE
S Baby Carrots
L small salad with sugar snap peas and cheese
S 3 cookies (argh)
D made rice and beans for the family, had the beans without the rice for myself..also, husband made amazing marinated chicken breast, had 1/2 of that
S will see, probably will crunch on som red peppers if I get hungry...
ALso had Large iced decaf coffee made with extra skim milk from dunkin donuts, 3 cups of herbal tea, and will drink water tonight
Going to the gym in about an hour, plan to do 45 minutes cardio on the eliptical, and some arms and shoulders work on the weights...
HAH
Happy to report that I did a full hour Cardio...(45 minutes on the elliptical and an additional 15 minutes on the bike)
Also did 1/2 hour on the weights for shoulder, tricep, abs, biceps.....
that's 1 1/2 hours total.....
more than this girl ever thought she would do.......and you know what....
I AM GOING TO HURT TOMORROW!!!! LOL
but just had so much energy to burn.. I feel like the energizer bunny
