B-cottage cheese with sliced of banana

L chicken from dinner yesterday

D ??? Have not decide maybe cod fish
S simple smart milk and loaf of water
Will skip exercise today because I will be busy with kids after work but will make up on Thursday
4:00am alarm goes off...
ugh...
We both went to a WLS seminar last night as support for my surgeon.
A late night.
Too tired this morning so skipped exercise.
Will probably do a tape tonight after work.
FOOD:
Staying within 1000 cals.
3 squares of dense protein, healthy fruit/veggies.
Water Water Water.
Protein Shake.
Supps/synthroid

D - Chicken, mushrooms, onions, ff gravy, some veggie
s - sf popcicles
I did awesome with water loading yesterday... before meals. I also got in about 72 oz of water. will try to repeat today.
tonight I have a date with the bowflex and tread mill.

d hamburger helper cheeseburger mix made with ground turkey...picked out the macaroni, ate the meat and added diced tomatoes....
also drank water, herbal tea,
swam laps for 40 minutes today, will do sit ups and girlie pushups tonight before bed...said i was going to do them last night, but fell asleep and didnt do any...
