R & R Update

Hi folks, I came home Friday, after a Tuesday (June 20) surgery. So far, everything is about what I have expected. Lots of initial soreness, which goes away a bit every day. It is a bit harder to get the 8 oz of liquid down than I expected, but not impossible. Just a little retraining of the brain. I have already lost about 12 pounds in the last week. Thanks to all of you veterans for your posts. This forum is a great asset. Any questions that I have are usually answered somewhere on this website. As I have said before, I am more of a reader than a poster. Take Care. Bob H.

O.K., Multiple users on the same computer does not work all the time. First Paula posts about cleaning out all of her woman's clothes under my name, and now I have posted about my R & R under her name. Hope you all can figure is out. Bob H.

I was going to say what the heck kind of surgery did Dr Aranow do on you Bob???? Criminiy sakes man!!!! LMAO. I know you will get NO sympathy on the homefront- so we're here for you Bob- we're here for you.....

I kept re-reading the post thinking what's wrong with this? I thought Paula had her surgery a while ago? Then.... I got to the bottom. Thank goodness. I thought I was going batty. Glad you are feeling a little better each day. Enjoy your journey. Koukla

Thanks for the Monday evening humor Bob... Seriously, glad to hear you are doing well and wow 12 lbs in a week - fabulous. Take it easy the first few weeks but be sure to get up and walk and keep up the fluid intake! Take care Paula (oh sorry, I mean Bob...) Hugs, Carla
