Food & Exercise Log Monday
Good Morning Everybody
I am tired this morning and did not feel like to go work but I am at work anyway. It was fun weekend for me with my family and friends. This week will be very busy again
B-slice of lunch meats ham and mozz stick while I made lunch for my daugther for day camp
B nectar protein drink and load of water
L cold shrimps with little dip of sauce
S load of water
D sir pork lion with green beans and little potatoes
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will weight lift top and 30 min cardio at gym today during my lunch time
Have a good workout!

Mornin,
late for work today, but i was just at fitday plugging in my numbers for breakfast and lunch.
B - mozz cheese & 10 grapes, coffee later
L - shrimp scampi w/2 tbsp rice
s- sb protein bar
d - turkey kielbasa & salad
s - ff yogurt
working out on ball, tonight after support group.

B Poached egg
S 1\2 a banana
L 4oz's grape tomato's with motzarella cheese, a splash of E.V.I.O. a sprinkle of basil and a shake of sea salt.
S A little 3 bean salad
D A little eggplant parmagan with a green salad.
No gym today, hurt my arm lifting a heavy piece of steel so giving it a rest today. Will have at it tomorrow if it's ok. Will hit the Nordic Trac after supper! Have a great day all

Iced tea with benefiber mixed in. (need I say more?) BLECK
B - fat free bologna w/low fat shredded cheddar cheese heated through
S - Monterary Jack/cheddar cheese squares
Iced tea through out morning.
L - WW meal pork w/greenbeans (ate the pork) 1 string cheese & a few bites of
low fat vanilla yogurt w/sugar free strawberry jelly
S - Dunkin Donuts Med iced coffee YUMMY
D - Chili with low fat cheese 2 rye crisp crackers
Finally back in the saddle went & worked out at curves (slowly) and it felt great! Felt where my hernias were pulling so backed off on the intensity until I'm up to par.

Crazy day - Going to bed!
B - Low Sugar Oatmeal
S - WW Yogurt and Some Peanuts
L - 1/2 Shrimp Low Carb Wrap with a side of Lettuce
D - WW Meatloaf with Mash Potato and side of Lettuce
S - Few Pieces of Cheese
Did not make it to the gym today!
Lost 4 pounds last week just staying away from carbs!
Went back to weigh****cher and watching my carbs...

S Handfull of goldfish crackers and a slice of low fat mozarella cheese
Still having a hard time not snacking in the evening.......Ruby Tuesday Salad bar SHOULD have been my last meal of the day.....grrrrr...
Also had a couple of herbal teas and some water....no waterloading today as I really did not feel much hunger.....just the darn munchies in the evening.....
No real workout, just my nightly sit-ups and pushups.....(wimpy, girly pushups)
