Oh my god Kathy, I laughed so hard at the pictures of me at the beach....It was sooo funny..I really wiped out...Tawanda sure captured the spirit of the whole thing..... Seriously though, My kids and I had a fantastic time.....

Yet again, more proof that you are doing it babycakes! This is the freedom to move your beautiful and strong body... REWARDS! I got such joy watching you play with your children! T.

an awful lot of pictures of Bob in there Kathy.....you trying to say something? he's pretty photogenic gotta admit I probably would have been clicking away too......LOL BOB YOU STUDMUFFIN YOU!!!! Towanda- that umm leg shot- you look mighty flexible there......a little increased range of motion to go along with the weight loss no doubt. You all looked to be having a great time- can't wait to see everybody at the walk.
