S Protein nectar drink and load of water
L Chilli with ceddar cheese from Wendy
S load of water
D chef salad while the kids and hubby will have pizza
S load of water and simple smart milk
Have a great day
will go to gym for 45 min for cardio during my lunch time

mornin! glad to see you are coming to the picnic, Kathy. Sounds like it will be soggy, but i am sure we will still have fun.

d - don't know... hubby is taking kids to the circus so i am on my own tonight.. probably lunch meats and cheese or something !

getting the bowflex put back together at last! hope to work out on that later or try to take a walk

Hi Everybody! Hope your having a great day. Considering how the weathermen were saying today was suppose to be a washout, Lets hope their weather reporting is as good tomorrow! Going to bring my sun tan lotion anyway!

S 1/2 a banana Tried the potassium pills but the really upset my plumbing!
L turkey kielbasa with a little kraut
S protien shake
D Veggie burger ( no bun) with slice of LF cheese
My usual 20 oz mug of decaf folowed by another 20 oz of water lipton greentea to go.
No gym today, went yesteday. buy day at work, wil hit the Nordic trac while watching the news tonight, See you guys tomorrow!
