I got my approval for my !
Well, got a letter stating my insurance will cover my Tummy Tuck. My doctor sent it a little early tho because I wasn't planning on having it till the holidays and am ok'd till the end of september. They will have to resubmit as Just can't that much time off from work till things slow down. Hopefully it won't be a problem.
>>It's A panni. I will have to kick in a little for a bit of extra's. It's quite invasive this >>procedure and am still a bit overwhelmed. We will see which way
In my case, the panniculectomy was much more painful than WLS. It took longer to heal, and I had to have an enterectomy a few months after that, most likely a result of the weakened abdominal wall. It is no walk in the park for sure. That tissue contains lots of blood vessels, so blood loss can be substantial, and you may need to be transfused.

Julio that's great news!! Congratulations!!
I'm just starting out on the Plastics road... quite the daunting task! I'm hoping to get my insurance to cover at least SOME of my procedure... Do you happen to have an outline of the letter you submitted??? I would be very interested in reading it, if you don't mind!! But anyways... congratulations on getting approved!!!!! I'm very excited for you!!!!
