Thursday Exercise Report...
Hey Kathy? Where are ya?
So I have a "proud moment" to share.
I have been exercising regularly for a couple of months now.
That in itself is a growth change for me.
Yesterday I found I was tired and sore all day.
Being an all or nothing kind of gal... well... let me rephrase that...
HAVING BEEN an all or nothing kind of gal... I considered not exercising this morning.
But then I had a thought....
Why not do the 1 mile walk with Leslie Sansone.
20 mins... not as stressful on the body. Very doable.
So I did just that.
I am proud of myself for doing a little bit even though I am tired.
It gave me the needed endorphins and added serotonin to deal with the stress of the day.
Who knew this puppy could LIVE IN THE GREY!

Hey T,
Thank you for input this morning. I was busy at work and had to take care of it first.
B-instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S load of water
L tuna salad with some cherry tomatoes
S load of water
D eggplant with mozz cheese with small salad
S Simple smart milk and load of water
No snack after dinner for me
Will skip exercise today becasue will go somewhere with my kids tonight
