Thank GOD for this surgery

Our washer is in our basement and it decided to overflow. We had a swimming pool down the basement. If I didn't have this surgery I never would have been able to help bail out the basement. It's funny - I go to the gym and do alot of leg and arm weights but the day after we bailed, boy did I ache. the back of my thighs and the back of my back near the shoulders. Here I had thought I have been using all my muscles at the gym but I found out NO I HAVEN'T!!!! Thank GOD for this surgery. Have a great day. Koukla

I hear ya- I was just thinking myself. I have a cattery here at home and I go through a 40 pound bag of wood pellet cat litter every day- It's stored in the basement. I carry it up the stairs to the first floor and a bag up to the 2nd floor. As I carted the 40 pound bag up the stairs without getting winded it occured to me that less than a year ago it was like I had 2 and a half of those 40 pound bags strapped to my body and I walked everywhere with them. No wonder I was so damn tired all the time!!!! I do so much during the day now- today I played outside in the pool with tthe kids then packed all 4 up and went to the park for the whole after noon walking all around - a year ago never would have been able to do that. Amazing.....and I still want to lose another bag of cat litter....LOL.

Me too. I would love to lose another one or two bags of cat litter. I like that. LOL
