You guys are the greatest.....I've been having a hard time lately and that ugly demon is always pearing over my shoulder...you all know him, I'm willing to bet on it...Well, he 's been winning lately, but I took some of your excellent advise today, and I feel a bit more in control....I've been drinking whenever the urge to eat hits me.....so, beside's for my "scheduled feedings",,,I have not had any other food...and I will go shopping on Thursday and buy all those ""good""snacks....thank you for all the encouragement, love, Dorota
