Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Hi Everybody,
How are you ? I am good! I brought washing machine yesterday because our old washing machine broke! It is 18 years old . They will deliver this machine this Tuesday. I am all done with preop testing at Milford Hospital. My kids are so happy because tomorrow is their half day from school and they are looking forward Summer vacation.
B-cold chicken
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L roll up turkey with mozz stick with mustard on it with sliced of tomatoes
S load of water
D Have not decide yet
S simple smart milk and protein nectar drink
Will jog/walking with my dog tonight for 3 miles

EXERCISE DONE!
3 miles Leslie Sansone Walking Tape, 45 mins cardio/resistance band combo.
FOOD:
1000 cals (that's always the plan)
good combo of lean protein-rich foods with healthy carbs (meaning fruits and veggies).
(yum left over fresh tuna from the grill)
3 meals + one snack of yogurt.
1/2 my body weight in H20
supps/synthroid
Support group meeting tonight.
Get to see my kookie friends.

Kathy, glad to see all the pre op testing is done. Enjoy the beginning of summer with the kids!

Very busy evening, son graduates on Thursday from 5th grade and have tons of running around to do including haircut for him. Will exercise at home. Today is my second day eating very low carb. Want to have the rest of my weight come off by the summer. My goal change to 163 since I want my insurance to pay for plastic surgery and they will only pay if you loose 100 pounds. I need to lose another 20 something pounds.

Hey Everybody,
Went back to work today, still have my headache, but alittle better, my tummy is just not right this week. Went for my blood tests this morning, it was like a vampire drained me, they took about 7 vials.
Lets hope my iron is not low and I don't have anemia like the doc thinks. Anyway I was alittle ticked that I did not meet with him yesterday he sent the assistant in to meet with me. My surgeon is on maternity leave and this doc is taking us for now, then I hear he was going to be replacing Dr. Reinhold and now I hear he is leaving, man this is crazy. They make me feel like they don't care in that office sometimes. Don't get me wrong the nurse there is fantastic and very nice, but the docs are always too busy for us. Maybe I am making more out of this than I should, but I kind of felt alittle insulted yesterday, I was looking forward to meeting him.
Oh well, we shall see if I have low iron or I am anemic. Hopefully not.

Not a good day for me with my eating, just not that hungry, Too humid out to walk the track so I will do my Leslie Sansone tape and the bike tonight when I get home. Maybe Erin and I will play the dance mat. Thats always fun.

D Kielbasa dog in whole wheat bun with kraut
No gym today went yesterday. Started taking potassium tablets instead of having my banana. Took my first one this morning and it seemed to go down ok. Will see how I sleep tonight. Busy day at work, am pooped.Will hit the hay early tonight. Have a great evening all!

I am very proud to say that I almost followed my meal plan today.
I am going to exercise once I get off this computer and later on if I feel its necessary I will have my snack. My intake today was as follow:
B - Coffee
S - Hand full of peanuts
L - Chicken
S - Turkey with slice of Cheese
D - Shrimp on low carb tortilla with cheese and sourcream
Exercise with Leslie Sansome and if necessary I will have a sugar free pudding out of sugar free jello.
When i got to work on Monday and got on that scale I was like oh heck no Magaly what are you doing. I drank all darn weekend for my Birthday and that scale almost tipped. I was 194 and today 193. I refuse to let myself go backward and decided no more alcohol for me.... no more wine... I have to get with it!!! For the past two days I have been limiting my carbs and once I get half of the weight I have to lose I will get back to Weigh****chers. I wanted to change things around a bit... Oh well enough about me. Hope everyone sleep tight. Until tomm. my friends.
