Dorota, Kathy K. hit the nail on the head when she said to get busy doing something else until the head hunger goes away. One of our support group meetings had some good info on that. I hope I can remember off the top of my head, as I am not home. You probably know this stuff, but it may help a newbie. First, cravings last between 12 to 15 minutes. If you could wait it out, they may go away. Second, if it's hunger pains, fluid loading or drinking alot of something may make it go away (might take a good 15-20 min though). Third, head hunger could fall under a craving or hunger pains, or *****ally knows? But it's a little comforting for me to think that if I force myself to wait 15 minutes, drink something and try to busy myself, there is a good chance it may pass. Sometimes it works, sometimes I just eat anyway. But I like to think I can have a little control now that I'm a little more educated on the subject. Remember to call me if you want to vent, I'm usually up till 3 or 4am. Keep the Faith, Esther
