Hello all, I made a pretty terrific dessert for work today...for those of us with a little bit of a sweet tooth I thought I'd post it for you. 1 box of Dream Whip (contains 2 packages) 2 boxes of jello pudding fat free/sugar free I used the cheesecake flavored. 2 3/4 cups skim/low fat milk 1 Keebler (or other brand) ready made graham cracker pie crust (I use the lower fat one.) In bowl put the 2 packages of dream whip and 2 packages of jello pudding into large bowl. Mix in 1 cup of milk and beat with mixer until smooth & peaks start forming. Keep adding milk slowly and continue beating until milk is gone and dreamwhip/pudding mixture is well mixed and forming peaks. Transfer the mix to your pie shell, cover and let sit for at least 4 hours before serving. **Licking the spoon is optional..hee hee** I made a puree of fresh strawberries and D'light Domino sugar substitute for a topping it was pretty darn yummy. I've also made this pie using chocolate pudding mix, banana, vanilla, and pistatio (fat free/sugar free brands.) Hope you enjoy...it's really easy and very light. Mickey
