FOOD/Exercise LOG MONDAY
Hi Everybody!!!!
Hope you had a great weekend! I had a great weekend! We saw our puppy who is 4 weeks old yesterday. He is cream/white standard poodle who will join with us and our dog Jill who is also Standard Poodle. His name is Jack.He will come home with us in July. I am going to Milford Hospital for Preop testing for my surgery coming in July today. I hope it is not alot of traffic and hope to find Milford Hospital HAHA

Will jogging/walking with my dog late in 700 pm when it is cool down

EXERCISE DONE!
3 miles, Leslie Sansone Walking Tape, 45 mins cardio/resistance.
Always feel good to be able to report that.
Hardest part of my day...
Yet... becoming the best part of my day.
baby steps.
Learned my lesson last week. Worked too many hours (project at work) and let exercise go a few days. It made a HUGE DIFFERENCE in how I felt at the end of the week.
Projects can wait... My body, and sense of less stress is more important.
Yet again... baby steps. Not a failure to exercise... an opportunity to reaffirm that exercise is working for me!
Will plan my food now. (1000 cals, 3 meals, 1 snack, blah blah blah)

Will probably do my exerice bike. I always say I am going to do a certain exerise and then get home and decide to do something else. lol Well at least its good that I have options.

Not a good day for me today. Home with a wicked wicked headache and have a bad tummy today.

Feeling so blah today, stayed home from work. Got the blues big time today so of course I am emotionally eating again. Damn it I hate this. I am going to see Dr. Nadzam today since my surgeon Dr. Barajas is on maternity leave. I hope he can tell me what to do to get the scale moving again. Its still stuck and its making me nuts. I am almost out 18mths the end of this month and I should be way past the 200s by now. I am stuck between 219 and 213 and I cant take it anymore.
Well hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. Enjoy the beautiful weather out there and stay cool.

Hi Everybody!, Monday, sheesh!
B 3oz's london broil with a slice of LF cheese melted over it.
S Cheese stick
L 4 oz's shimp scampi, heavy on the shrimp, light on the pasta
S protien shake after gym
D Have some leftover chicken cutlets so will pour some sauce and parmesan cheese over them and make chicken parm out of them !
Ray is all done with school so we both went to gym and worked our selves pretty good. I went to the beach yesterday alone as ray had a cold and worked on the tan and scared a few fish! Was great sitting out there! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Sobe lean energy diet citrus drink-
B- low fat ham w/shredded cheese warmed up 1 baby gerkin sugar free pickle
L- we had a food day at work today & feel like I ate 30 pounds of food today.
Did my best to eat healthy and protein first..deviled egg, inside of a chicken wing
a few meatballs and fruit salad with light cool whip. I also made a dessert that I had TOO much of even though it was lower fat/sugar free the carbs can hurt me for sure.
Also tried some home made chili that was pretty awesome. I avoid grazing like the plague and stick to my routine (high protein) so hopefully what I did today won't cause too much havac & set me back. Definately back on track tomorrow.
D- not really hungry but will try to fit in a few bites of a cheese burger off the grill with mustard (no bun) and a few pickles and raw carrots.
Went for a walk at lunch and today after work (REALLY LONG) I really miss working out & hope I get the all clear to start exercising normally soon.
