JUST AN UPDATE

Hi everyone, Just a quick note to let you all know I'm coming along very well. It's been just over 2 weeks since my surgery and I had my appointment with Debbie at Dr. Valen's office on Friday (6/17). She said I'm doing great and have lost 25 pounds already. The only problem I have been having is a very bad rash all over my body and upper arms. The itch is awful but I've been taking benadryl and using a hydrocortisone cream which seems to help alot. Debbie seems to think it was an allergic reaction to the meds in the hospital as I've had it since I was in the hospital. Anyway, this too shall pass. Hi Rain - Glad to hear all is going well and you're coming along so fabulously - 25lbs YAHOO! Be sure to take pictures of the rash! Start a folder now of any rashes, skin issues, etc... you can use all the ammunition you can gather for any plastic surgery you may contemplate doing later on. Keep up the great work! Hugs, Carla
