I Could Use Your Help

Hi, All! My divorce has finally come through, so now I have to find a new place to live ASAP. I'll probably rent a 1-bedroom apartment, but if I could find a condo that I can afford, that would be a better option financially (building equity vs. paying a landlord). I'm basically looking in Hamden, North Haven, Wallingford and Meriden. It must be either on the 1st floor or be in a building with an elevator (because I have lymphedema in both legs and the swelling affects my ability to deal with stairs). For the same reason, if the apt. or condo doesn't offer me the ability to have my own washer and dryer, the laundry room must be on the same level or be reached via an elevator. I also must have air conditioning (whether central or window) due to allergies. If any of you know of something that's available (or will be soon), please let me know. Thank you for your help, Debby
