Good Morning!
Crystal light lemonade when I woke up
B- maybe some high protein oatmeal for a change.
S-4 whole grain crackers w/melted cheese
L-Chunky chili with some cheddar cheese some WW yogurt w/sugar free grape jelly
D- ??? Not sure yet
Will walk at lunch time. The main hernia that was repaired has been acting up a little so decided it's best not to stress it. Unfortunately I'm the type who has to "stretch to the limit" to see how far I can push myself and now it's biting me in the back end. So will give up walking at night until I get the all clear from Dr. G next week.

I have the day off today... taking the kids to Lake Compounce. Hoping it gets sunny sooner than later.
b - sl french toast, 2 sausage, sf syrup, blueberries
s - coffee
l - don't know.... have to eat at the park. i hope they have salad or wrap sandwiches
D - dont know yet, something lite --- yoga tonight

B Turkey and chese roll up
S 1/2 a banana
L small piece of chicken marsala
S Protien shake after gym
D Making steak and peppers and onions for the family so will have a little of that.
Had my 20 oz mug of decaf this moring along with 2 20 ounce mugs of water with green tea packet. Went to gym with my son and got a good workout in while I nudged him along. He will be out of school next week so he can join me at the gym more regularly. Have a meeting tonight so will have to sneak in a nap so I can stay up past 7pm, Have a great nite all!
