Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Hi Everybody
I wish Today is Friday !!! I have so much to do at home.... Anyway here is my food/exercise log
B- roll up turkey with mozz stick
S load of water
L chili with ceddar cheese
S Load of water
D turkey burger on the grill with cheese and slice of tomaotes without bun and small salad
S smoothie and load of water
Will weight lift on upper body then 30 min cardio at gym during my lunch hour

Looks like a great day out there today. I have been feeling pretty good this week --- getting back on track after a bad choice weekend. Anyway, I had a great yoga practice last night at Harkness. How awesome to be exercising in such a beautiful environment overlooking the ocean and communing with nature....... OOOOHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMM!!!! it felt great to get that relaxation and movement that my mind and body really needed. Looking forward to a day full of good choices and planning to take my kids for a walk tonight.
My daughter is graduating from Pre K today!!!! I can't believe my big girl is going into Kindergarten already. They are putting on a show today--- can't wait!

I am going out to a poetry reading tonight so I am not sure if I will exercise tonight, depends on what time I get home. But I walked 2 miles yesterday.
Been reading the South Beach book, feeling like I have a much better understanding of how to eat. I have already cut out the bananas, bought some potassium pills instead.

Better late than never?
We had a big broohaha here in the neighborhood this morning (before 5:00am) and it got me all off schedule. So it was a challenge to come home after 10 hrs of work and exercise.
But I DID IT!
I am so proud of myself!
This is a big thing for me to exercise with consistency.
Food has been good all day.
Time to eat a healthy dinner.
not sure what that will be.
Just glad I exercised.

Okay so I went to the gym for the second time today- I really like it!!!! Who knew???
I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and about 30 minutes on the circuit with strength and toning (the nautilus machines) I'm not nearly as sore as I thought I would be.
I actually increased the weight in several machines for the next time- Friday. Also go tmy new bathing suit so now Friday I can hit the pool/hot tub/sauna as well.
