HELLO EVERYONE
HELLO EVERYONE...JUST POPPING ON TO GIVE EVERYONE AN UPDATE ON ME...ITS BEEN ALMOST 11 MONTHS SINCE MY SURGERY AND I HAVE NOW LOST 150lbs...I AM MORE ACTIVE THEN EVER BEFORE AND IM FEELING AWESOME ...I AM NOW DOWN TO A SIZE 14/16 IN PANTS ITS A FAR CRY FROM WEARING A SIZE 30 IN PANTS
.....IF I WAS TO DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD MOST DEFINITLY WOULD...THIS IS AWESOME...I HAVE ABOUT 50 MORE POUNDS TO GO AND I KNOW I CAN DO IT...HOPE EVERYONE IS DOING WELL...I HAVE BECAME ACTIVE IN A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AND I HAVE GONE KAYAKING AND I LOVE IT....I WAS NOT HEAVY ALL MY LIFE JUST THE LAST 7 yrs....BUT IT FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK DOWN TO MY SMALLER SIZE...IF ANYONE HAS A SIZE 14/16 IN PANTS AND A SIZE LARGE IN SHIRTS (womens of course) PLEASE LET ME KNOW...I COULD SURE USE THEM.....HAVE A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE..........

WOW... you have done a terrific job Netty.... So happy to hear about your success. I am working on the last 30 pounds and although it is going slow... I feel more confident than ever that I can do it because I have my tools.
Enjoy the summer with your new found energy and smaller size. It will amaze you how much cooler you will feel during those hot and humid days.

Keep up the good work. Wish I had the sizes for you, but I am only in an 18 sometimes 16 right now, have not made it that low yet. I have lost 110lbs and I am post op 18ths the end of this month, my scale seems to be stuck at this weight now for 6mths its driving me crazy.

I HAVE FOUND THAT SHAKING UP MY EXERCISE ROUTINE HAS HELPED ME MOVE THAT SCALE....U ARE LOOKING AWESOME ALSO....IM STILL IN AWE OVER THIS SURGERY...IT REALLY HAS CONVINCED ME THAT IT DOES WORK.....I LOOK AT PICTURES OF MYSELF FROM LAST YR (about this time) AND SAY 'WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YR CAN MAKE'........HOPE TO MEET EVERYONE AT THE WALK FOR OBESITY IN SEPT.......I KNOW THAT DAY I WONT HAVE ANY PLANS......KEEP MY POSTED ON THAT I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THE WALK........
