Tsk! Magaly! Your way too young to be tired!!! Get to that gym and give it your best shot! B slice of rye toast with cream cheese S small banana L 3oz's seafood salad with grape tomato's S Protien shake after gym D Turkey burger , no bun with a small green salad Had my drum of decaf, lol, along with 2 bottles of water with lipton green tea. got a great workout in at the gym, body was tingling on the drive home, felt great. I have found that making the gym part of my lifestyle has done so much good for both me and my boy. Even when I'm tired I still go and once I'm there I just perk up and get thru what I want to do. Even if its just a bit of cardio I at least have the satisfaction of knowing I kept to my plan. Really helps in the "being out in public" thing as well. When I was heavy I didn't like to be out much , but in the gym it doesn't matter, at leasst not at my gym. Everybody there is working for the same goal and rarely see anybody getting out of line. It just isn't tolerated! Anyway enough blabbering, Hope everybody has a great day!

Hi, Julio, i was reading your post and wanted to know what is a good protein shake to drink? how often should you drink it and a good daily meal plan? does anyone have any suggestions, thank you also a good workout at the gym
