Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Hi Everybody,
I am little tired this morning . Will be busy again at work and home tonight!
B-cottage cheese with pineapples
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L slices of lunch meat ham and mozz stick cheese with little mustard on it
S load of water
D probably to cook chicken on the grill with small salad
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will take powerwalking/jogging with my dog tonight
Hi Kathy,
I am up and ready to post on the food log today. Early riser today. Hoping to get a little overtime in at work.
B - cottage cheese w/blueberries, coffee later
s - well not really a snack but I have been cutting out morning snacks and water loading instead ( i am getting the hang of this finally!)
L - salad w/chicken selects, pickles, cheese, cucumbers
s - water load, sb diet bar
D - turkey cutlets, and salad
s - 1/2c lite ice cream
Tonight I finally get to start yoga at Harkness State Park!!! I am so excited to finally be exercising again.

SoBe Lean Energy Diet Citrus Drink 20oz's
B- 3 slices of turkey breast with provolone cheese warmed up
S-Mozz light cheese sticks
L-Southbeach Diet frozen meal (will eat meat first) with few bites WW vanilla
yogurt w/rasberry sugar free jelly
D- Hamburger with veggies
Will walk at lunch today and will try to go again tonight after work around the block. Still recovering from hernia surgery and get pooped out quick. Have lots to do around the house tonight so if anything definately a walk at lunch.

30 mins cardio/resistance, Leslie Sansone 2 mile walking tape.
Food...
Will stay within 1000 cals incorporating the following:
3 healthy protein dense meals. (with good veggie and fruit carbs)
one snack of SF yogurt with calcium supp
70 oz h20
protein shake (30 gms protein)
multi, synthroid
Work is a bear right now... so having this daily check in keeps me balanced.

Kathy? explain water loading to me if you could. Is that different from just drinking water in between meals?

Ok... got it.
I am unable to drink any of the flavored stuff...irritates my intestines.
So I just drink room temp water. Cold water gives me the hiccups!
But this Loading of Water...
I have heard it mentioned elsewhere on OH before.
Is it about how much water?
or...
How much in a certain period of time?
Curious.

Good Morninge Everyone,
I have been slacking with my logging in lately, my food intake has been so awful lately. I am so bored with food and never know what to do anymore. I am seeing Dr. Nadzam on the 19th to find out why I am so tired all the time and why I cant lose anymore lately. I am so depressed all the time about not getting out of this certain weight. I just want to get past the 200s. I only have 15lbs to go and its driving me nuts. I am 18mths post op as of the end of this month and I am not doing as well as others I see on the boards. Its so discouraging. Believe me I am grateful for as far as I have come, but this is nuts.
B: Hardboiled Egg
S: Coffee with splenda and milk (small)
L: Ham and cheese rollups
S: Atkins protein bar
D: probably chicken and vegetable
LOTS OF FLUIDS TODAY, TRYING TO OVERLOAD ON MY WATER INTAKE. Will be walking at lunchtime today around the track a few times. Then tonight Erin and I will be doing our dance mat and then exercise bike time.

Hello Everyone,
I am back and I had a great time in Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Great Birthday Weekend, drank too much... I think I gained a few pounds so I am back to Weigh****chers today. My jeans felt a little tighter today.

S - hand full of peanuts
L - Weigh****cher Salibury Steak
S - Water, Water, Water
D - Weigh****cher Meal (Not sure yet)
I am going to make it to the gym if not I will get on my treadmill at home.. I just got back last night and I am tired. Wish I was in bed right now!!!
