11 more days to go for WLS Picnic Party!!!!

Hi Everybody, Oh boy, 11 more days to go for BLAST party and have fun to meet people there. Hope all of you can make it on that date.I will take alot of pictures there and will post on my website for photo like I always use it. Here is flyer if people did not see it by Kim C. wrote it. Okay everyone here is the information again for our Second Annual WLS Summer Picnic. The Pavilion has been reserved for us. We will be close to the beach and the parking and not too far from the concession area and restrooms. DATE: SATURDAY, JUNE 24TH PLACE: HAMMONASSET STATE PARK (MADISON CT) TIME: NOON TO WHENEVER We will be located at: Pavilion #3 12 Picnic Tables 2 Pedestal Grills available 500 feet to Restrooms 1000 feet to Concession Stand 500 feet to The Beach No electricity or running water No pets are allowed Come One Come All for some fun in the sun. It's that time of the year again. Let's all get together for a great day of fun, friends, family and some food and drink too. This facility has large pavilions, grills and a beautiful beach to swim at. There is a great trail to walk, a nature center and also grassy areas to have activates and relax. I am hoping that we have a great turnout this year. I already have so many people volunteering to help me out and sending in their donations. This is wonderful. I love you guys. It's impossible to please everyone but majority of people really want this place for our get together. I hope everyone will come and join us for this great event. We are going to plan a lot of fun events like last year. We hope everyone will get involved this year. BASEBALL GAMES SOFTBALL GAMES BADMITTON VOLLEYBALL FRISBEE BOCCI SACK RACES FISHING SWIMMING MUSIC MAYBE SOME DANCING SOCIALIZING RAFFLE These are just some ideas I am throwing out there, we can come up with a lot of fun things to do both for the children and the adults. This invitation is open to everyone's family, friends and significant others, PREOPS, POSTOPS, People interested in the surgery and everyone else. The more the merrier. Everyone is asked to bring their own supplies as you know we can provide everything for everyone coming. We all will be bring various things to share amongst our group, but we can not provide all due to cost. We ask you bring extra chairs, blankets, games, food, drink, supplies, etc. for your group and to help out too. The cost we asked for has gone mostly towards the rental of the pavilion and the rest of the monies will be donated to the ASBS foundation. We in no way benefit from this event. We have alot of wonderful people helping with this great event and they will be donating various items for the raffle and for the day. We will have special gift bags for the kids and alot of nice prizes for the raffle too. SO COME ON EVERYONE POST THAT YOU ARE DEFINATELY COMING OR EMAIL ME DIRECTLY. THIS IS GOING TO BE A GREAT EVENT. SO COME AND JOIN US AND MEET ALOT OF WONDERFUL PEOPLE OLD AND NEW. Don't forget to leave early to avoid the weekend traffic on I95. Im coming Kim and I'm bringing my significant other Patty with me. Im also going to bring my camera and everything that I might need for the day.
