Good morning Everybody,
I hate MONDAY!!!!! I had a great weekend and love Norwich Spa. My friend and I decided to go there twice a yearly to pamper ourselves. This week will be very busy for me .
B-instant oatmeal ( lower sugar)
S laod of water
L tuna salad with cherry tomatoes
S load of water
D turkey meatloaf with green beans
S smoothie and load of water
Will go gym for 45 min to do cardio

Today I am skipping my formal workout ...
actually 1/5 hrs longer today.... glorious.
Food...
Will stay within 1000 cals incorporating the following:
3 healthy protein dense meals. (with good veggie and fruit carbs)
one snack of SF yogurt with calcium supp
70 oz h20
protein shake (30 gms protein)
multi, synthroid

Good Morning Everyone,
I'm attempting a full day of work from my hernia surgery. Back on the road again!
B - 3 ham roll ups w/provolone cheese warmed up. A couple of baby gerkins sugar free pickles..(They are SOOO good!)
S- lower fat cheese stick
L-WW meal low carb and WW vanilla yougurt with sugar free rasberry jelly (2 oz's)
D- left over roast beef with some veggies
Will walk at lunch and after work tonight since I'm off limits from working out for another 4 weeks or so.

L - tuna on small salad
S - banana
D - fish
S - lf ice cream
I am reading the SB diet book, found it a Goodwill for $0.25. Hopefully, this will help me plan more creative meals and regulate my blood sugar with good carbs.
Still exercising, bought a aerobic dance dvd at Walmart for $1.00, trying to master it. Apparently it was marked so low b/c it is almost impossible to follow but the price was right and I am looking for a change.

L 4oz's seafood salad with a few grape tomato's
S slice of deli ham
D Lots of leftovers in the kitchen so will saute some onions and peppers in a pan till soft, add a can of cream of mushroom soup then some leftover grilled chickeb breasts cut up , let the flavors blend and serve it over a bed of egg noodles. I will not have noodles with mine!
Typical monday, back to the rat race, thank goodness for decaf coffee and crystal light as this is one well hydrated rat! No gym today went yesterday, will hop on the nordic trak after supper. Nite all!
