Jumping in while Kathy K is off pampering herself! EXERCISE DONE! 30 mins cardio/resistance, Leslie Sansone 2 mile walking tape. Food... the usual (I am a creature of habit) Will stay within 1000 cals incorporating the following: 3 healthy protein dense meals. (with good veggie and fruit carbs) one snack of SF yogurt with calcium supp 70 oz h20 protein shake (30 gms protein) multi, synthroid Everyone have a good Friday! T.

Hi Towanda, Hope you had a great day! B pepperoni and cheese roll up S cheese stick L 3oz's chicken salad S protien shake after gym D A little leftover Lasana, (I don't eat the noodles, just the filling! Went to gym after ork and got a good workout in. Was quite spent when I got home. Will take it easy the rest of the night to heal up a little! Have a great evening everyone!

I suck Didnt plan, didnt pack....had no lunch or snack at work today... so before breakfast...late with extra "any whey" protein breakfast south beach protein bar lunch south beach protein bar snack....protein bar....(you get the drift) drank lots of herbal tea and decaf coffee all day... FINALLY SOME REAL FOOD FOR DINNER sauteed turkey and veggies...yummy.....I needed real food... No exersize today......even skipped my powerwalk at lunchtime because I got too busy....Oh well, will make up for the lack of exersize over the week-end.... Promise to eat real food tomorrow........
