One Year WLS Anniversary

Thank You Peter........I miss you, but I better not come around and be tempted by all that ice-cream and all those candies....yummmmy I do hope for many happy years...lot's of hard work ahead of me.....I just try to do my best..so I can stay healthy...I don't miss that sickly, pain-ridden, "if it's not one thing, it's another" existance I had pre op.......Tings are so different now.... Paula, I have a reward....A new life....I hate to repeat myself, but in the end it really comes down to quality of life...what a difference this surgery has made....I didn't even realize how miserable my existance was becoming..on so many levels...and now I feel re-born...my health, my energy, my ability to enjoy the simple things in life like taking a hike or going rollerblading with the kids.....Or enjoying a more active lifestyle with my husband. It's all good
