Hi Everybody, I am tired of raining! Heard it will be raining this week SIGH! B-crushed pineapple/ cottage cheese S Nectar Protein drink/ load of water L chicken salad with some cherry tomatoes S load of water D burger with cheese and tomatoes top with green beans S simple smart milk and load of water Will go gym during my lunch time to do weight for upper body and do abs sit ups Have a great workout! EXERCISE DONE! 45 mins cardio/resistance, Leslie Sansone 3 mile walking tape. who knew that I would begin to love exercising? Food Will stay within 1000 cals incorporating the following: 3 healthy protein dense meals. (with good veggie and fruit carbs) one snack of SF yogurt with calcium supp 70 oz h20 protein shake (30 gms protein) multi, synthroid Everyone have a great day! T.

Thanks Nancy! It's because of this morning log here on OH for food/exercise that keeps me going. Rewards have a whole new meaning for me. Like... I get to mark the calendar with my bright green hi-liter whenever I finish my walk. REWARD. I get to show that calendar to my nutritionist at the end of the month when I go for my monthly weighin (don't own a scale), with as many green splashes on it! Show and Tell. REWARD. I don't have to sqqueeeeeeeeeze into my clothes anymore... REWARD. Food used to be my reward.... that is beginning to fade. T.

Towanda, I notice you are doing your exercize in the morning. Great idea to get it in early. It must give you an extra energy boost for the day too. Keep up the great work and thanks for the inspiration. terri

Hi folks! Hope everybody's managing to stay dry! B Ham and Cheese roll up SCheese stick L Cup of Progresso Beef and Barly soup S Protien Drink D A little Leftover Lasana with a green salad No gym today, went yesterday so will do with the lifting I did at work along with a ride to no where on my excersize bike after supper Have A great evening all!

I have to say... getting up at 4:00am daily is hard some days. Today... the cool rain? I wanted to stay in bed! But my husband and I have a deal. He gets up and leaves for the gym... I then do my walking tape. He helps me exercise by exercising himself. It becomes a team effort. Exercising in the morning helps me in a few ways. 1. It's DONE! 2. Destresses me... can actually feel the endorphines being release at about the 20 min mark. 3. Raises my Serotonin levels (which helps with depression). 4. Empowers me and keeps me IN my body. 5. Feel like I have accomplished something good for ME. 6. Helps me face the day better. I go into work with less toxic feelings about work. 8. And then I can say "YES" to my doc/PA/Nutritionist when they say... "are you exercising?" I guess I did not realize how many perks I get from exercising. Thanks for asking. And BTW... we ALL inspire each other here on the CT forum! T
