Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my question yesterday.
I got some really constructive suggestions.
I took the day to write down what I need to do to feel successful on this journey
and feel I am back in the saddle again.
Do you hear Willy? "On the road again." la la la
Meaning... I have a clearer picture of my path.

Using MANY tools.
Made my list of foods I eat with cals for easy reference and planning.
Made a menu to refer to with mix and match options for meals.
Made a sign for my fridge.
Found a CD from consciouseating.com with relaxation meditations.
Even put my OASIS flowers on my fridge to remind me of what my body needs.
baby steps... it can be done... but not alone.

Anyway... I printed a photo of the flowers and put it on my fridge door! As a reminder that I have tools to use instead of unnecessary eating... which calls me at times.
