Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Good Morning Everybody,
I was catch up my works which I was at home yesterday with my daughter. Heard it will be more warmer today. I will go in the pool with kids after work today which I promised them I will spend alot of times in the pool with them before my surgery date July 21.
B-cottage cheese/ lite cool whip with crushed pineapple/sliced of strawberries
S load of water
L tuna salad
S load of water
D grilled shrimps with summer squash on grills
S Simple smart milk and SF popsicles and load of water
Exercise: swim/ play volleyball with kids ; will take powerwalking with my dog tonight
Have fun and don't forget to take your 30 min exercise today

EXERCISE DONE!
30 mins cardio/resistance, Leslie Sansone 2 mile walking tape.
Food on it's way to being planned.
Will stay within 1000 cals incorporating the following:
3 healthy protein dense meals. (with good veggie and fruit carbs)
one snack of SF yogurt with calcium supp
70 oz h20
protein shake (30 gms protein)
multi, synthroid

Mornin'
I have a half a day at work today. It's Mom's last day here and we are going to take the kids to the beach. I am so bummed that I took Wed & Thur off and it is going to rain! I just may sneak into Mom's suitcase and move to Florida with her.

D - chicken or fish w/salad
on the road this afternoon will probably eat out -- no plan today. that isn't good. i will have to be on guard to make good choices.

L Pork stir fry
S protien shake after gym.
D 3oz's chicken with steamed summer squash.
Lots of water with lipton green tea to go. Went to gym and got a good workout in. Was tired after work but went to gym anyway. Always glad I did whenI'm done as I have more energy after I worked out thenbefore I went! Have a great nite everybody!
