Hi Everybody, I am home with my daughter who is sick today. B-cottagecheese wtih rasberries S load of water L ??? Have not make plaN S load of water D meatball with mozz top with small salad S load of water and simple smart milk No Exercise tonight since i ran for 4 miles yesterday Hugs Kathy K

Good Morning, Not feeling myself today. All day yesterday was very blue. Just not doing very well lately. I try so hard to be positive and I just can't right now. Its really hard for me. So that is why I am not on the logs so much lately. B: Iced coffee with splenda and milk S: rest of cofffee L: chicken broth S: Atkins protein bar D: leftover salad S: none Not too much exercise today, its a crappy day out. Maybe I will do my bike tonight. I am going to call the doctor this week about me feeling this way and being tired all the time too. Have a great day everyone, hopefully we will have sunshine soon. Hey Sis! Sorry to hear your feeling down! This weather lately can do that to you! Hopefully we will get some sun tomorrow! That will hopefully get you back to your "Bubbly Self"! B Small piece of ham steak S slice of melon L 3oz Three Bean salad S cheese stick with 2 slices of tomato D Making pork stir fry with cut up center cut chops,onions, peppers, garlic, and fresh broccili florets. Will serve it up on a bed of brown rice. Will have a little of that . No gym today, went yesterday. Took a jaunt around the local shopping center after work to get my stuff from GNC and a couple of odds and ends at the Big Y. They have the 'Lipton to Go" Green Tea packet boxes " Buy one, get two free" Love the green tea with manderine orange. yumm Have a great nite all! :wave

Good Evening! It was a very slow moving day today. Mom has been in town and that woman is wearing me out! Have to take my older princess to piano tonight.... i would like to say I will exercise but probably won't. I need a kick in the pants I have not been exercising at all lately. Was jus****ching 1/2 ton man last night on tv. Anyone catch that? How interesting. This man was over 1100lbs before he lost some weight to get RNY. Lots of good information.... some of which was about dopamine and how obese peoples' levels go up at the introduction of food. They also said this happens with more exercise which helps keep those levels under control. One reason why exercise is a very important part of weight control. aaaaccck..... but i am still not doing it. Anyhow, here is what I ate so far today: special K protein cereal coffee pork, green beans and gravy, salad sb diet snack bar leftover pork & green beans w;ff gravy 3 crackers sf popcicle for snack later have a good night all. terri
