Derek and Greg
We made it through last nite. So many people came and provided a great source of comfort. I want to thank all of my OH family for all of their supposrt through their prayers, messages and cards. You will never ever know how much they have helped me. I was finally able to eat a little something yesterday and actually got in about 10 oz. of water. It is still hardd but I met quite a few moms whom have lost their sons(and they were all sons) and one told me you can chose to given in or you can choose life. I have chosen life. Friends are a powerful being. Thank you all. If I am up to it I will be at the picnic so that I can see each and everyone one of you face to face and thank you personally. Linnie (Derek and Greg's mom)
Dear Linnie,
I'm sorry that I wasn't able to make it to the wake. Hubby had to work and I didn't have a sitter. But, you have been on my mind all week long. I know that God will cover you with his love and I'm hoping that you can get hydrated and eat the nutrition you need to stay strong.
I've been keeping up with reading all of the articles in the Day online and the Westerly Sun. ( I live in Westerly)...I hope justice prevails and that person is put away for life without parole.
Like someone told you last night. You can give in to the monster or chose life and I think you've made up your decision on that already.. Thank God!
Hang in there and know that you have TONS of thoughts and well wishes coming out to you.

Dear linnie,
I am so very glad you have chosen to go on,be strong and keep the faith that the monster will be correctly punished,im sure he will be too.I hope you are well enough to go to the picnic,it will help you to be around friends too.,drink more fluids though than 10 oz,you could get dehidrated, and we dont want you to get sick,,stay strong and keep your head up ,,we all are here for you,,love,,cyndee
