I have so much work at work and want to input quickly for today.
B-instant oatmeal (lower sugar)
S load of water
L will go out lunch with co workers
S load of water
D shrimps on the grills with mushroom with small salad
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will powerwalking and jogging tonight with my dog

I am back! Been a tough time lately family & work wise but things seem to be calming down somewhat. Keep your fingers crossed! I actually spent a whole day in my house yesterday, took the day off from work and stared at a wall. It was wonderful!

D - ?? I need to go grocery shopping in the worst way! Will do after work.
My bf got me an old exercise bike and its wonderful! I have actually quit my gym. I've spent the past 6 months paying for something that I never use and frankly, that money could go to better use! So between my exercise dvds, walking and the bike, I'm all set to continue my good exercise habits.
Twice in the past week, I've woken up out of a sound sleep to have one of my "heart attacks." Now I understand if I forget to eat during the day but how does my body expect me to eat in my sleep? Oh well, I will have to call my doc and see what she says. This whole thing has me stumped. In the meantime, I am keeping crackers next to my bed so I don't have to go stumbling around in the dark to find food at 3 am.

Hello there everyone,
I know its been awhile since I have done my food log, I had a rough eating weekend and did not want to post how bad I was. Plus its been so crazy at home with end of year stuff for Erin's school and work is nuts with all the events we have coming up.
B: Coffee with splenda and milk
S: none
L: Seafood Salad in bowl
S: none
D: probably fish with veggies
S: sf phillyswirl or nuts
I am trying to be so good did alot of walking these past few days, every day at lunch at at night at home. If I don't get to walk I do my exercise bike while watching TV at night. I am trying and the scale is not!!!!!!!!!
Well another rainy day today, yukky, I hope the sun comes back, it was such a gorgeous weekend. Everyone have a wonderful day today.

L turkey hot dog ( no bun) with 1 few tablespoons of green beans
S protien Shake after gym
D Small piece of ham steak with a small green salad
Drank my big Travel mug of Decaf coffee along with my 16oz protien drink and a bunch of crystal light. Sheesh, back teeth are floating! : -o
Went into work at 1am this morning to get some rush work out so got to hit the gym during the off hours. Got a good workout in , feels soooooooo good!
