Good Morning Everybody Sorry I was not on line this past weekend. I am upset to hear about Linnie W' son and step son and I will go to see her and have heart talk to help her through this tough tough day on my lunch time. I still do not understand why this monster did to her son and step son but Please praying for her to go though this tough week. Thank you for your praying. B-cottage cheese with sliced of strawberries ( i need more fiber foods) S nectar protein drink and load of water L will take good protein foods from restuarant take out for Linnie and me S load of water D meatballs with mozz cheese top with small salad S simple smart milk and load of water Will go gym with my son tonight to do 45 min cardio Dont forget to make time for 20 or 30 min exercise from your busy sheduale (sp) Hugs Kathy K

Exercise... DONE! 3 miles, 45 mins, Leslie Sansone Walking Tape. Food: On it's way to being planned. Very grateful to have this loving community of CT OHr's. This Food/Exercise Log has been greatly responsible for my continued exercise efforts. It has rubbed off on me! Good Morning Everyone, I ate all weekend, but the scale was nice to me because I did not gain any weight... But instead of eating I should of been thinking about losing weight... I need to stay on track and back to business... B - coffee S - hand of peanuts L - low carb chicken wrap S - water, water, water D - chicken with cabbage I will go to the gym tonight and do the treadmill for 15 min and 30 min workout... Hi folks! Hope everybody had a good day! B ham and cheese rollup S 2 slices of honeydow melon L 30z turkey burger with 3 tablespoons of Potato Salad S protien shake D small piece of Turkey kielbasa with a little cole slaw No gym today, went yesterday and sunday! Whew! Lots of heave lifting at work so am bushed. Will take a walk after supper whenit cools down a little. Have a good evening!

Hey everyone, Gorgeous day out today alittle humid though. I had a wonderful weekend with the family. We went to the Yankee Game on Saturday and marched in the Orange Parad on Sunday, this time I walked instead of riding the van. We had picnics on Sunday and Monday, so my eating was alittle off kilter. I did do alot of exercise walking and swimming though. B: iced coffee with milk and splenda S: oatmeal L: egg and cheese on croissant S: rest of iced coffee D: smart one meatloaf dinner S: none Drank a lot of water and crystal lights today, did my walking at lunchtime. Will do again tomorrow with Maryjo and then tomorrow night again at WH beach. I am trying so hard to keep up with the exercise. Have a great night everyone. Hugs KimC

Hello Everyone, I'm hearing more about Linnie's 2 sons...& I cannot imagine what she is going through. I just don't get what makes an individual want to take a life? My thoughts and prayers are with her. B - Turkey breast with melted low fat cheese S- string cheese stick L-Weigh****chers chicken meal. (ate all the chicken and a few veggies) few bites of no sugar applesauce D-?? Not sure fend for myself the guys ate. LOTS of water today and had a yummy iced coffee from D & D. Went to Curves after work. I'm heading to my corporate office for the next two days so meals will be "out" I'll stick with the good stuff. Having hernia repair surgery on Friday and will probably be out of commission for the weekend. Enjoy the rest of your week everyone, Mickey
