I Need some cheering up. I am 1 year 2 months out and the weight has gone off slowly. I feel very disappointed that these pounds are so hard to get rid of. I am lucky to loose 3 pounds a month. I could use an excersize partner,coach,motivator,drill sargent, etc. I really would like someone in my area to workout with,walk,bike,swim or anything else-gardening, etc. to burn up the calories. I am early 40's with alot of free time during the weekdays. If your not feeling up to the excersizing I would like to have someone to share weight loss ideas,issues,encouragement,friendship with. I think I have an ahernia now am feeling freightend at the fact I may have to have a sugery again. Does anyone want to comment about ahernias? How likely is it that I may be low on iron since I feel tired alot? I havent followed a quality meal and eating pattern to the letter, whats your idea of the chances my labs would be off? Hey jesse, Support is what this board is all about. Sounds lke you have lost your way a little and just need to get back to basics. Start with seeing your doctor and haveing some bloodwork done to get any questions about that out of the way. Go back to the list of foods and amounts your suppose to be having and do your best to stick to them. Remember, this is not a race! You can get back on track! Hi jessie, first off,,friends..Well your in the right place,I tell my husband my slogan for this connecticut board is"theres no place like home"and everyone here is great..A good place to meet people and get support from all of us is to go to the picnic on June 24th at hammonessett beach.There is alot of info on it if you scroll down on the posts,also kim and kathy and everyone else involved are great at posting frequent info about it,its going to be alot of fun too..2nd,,,you stated you havent followed a quality meal plan,,thats very important to your sucess,I am 8 weeks out and when I started I weighed 237,now I am at 186,but I am following to a t what I am suppose to do,so get back on track with the meal plan then make sure you take proper vitamins too,,dont know anything about the hernias so I cant help there,,but I hope I was of some help for you as well as julios input on the blood word,,good idea too.So take care and keep postin...Cyndee
