Food & Exercise Log FRIDAY
Good Morning Everybody!
IT IS FRIDAY!!!!! That is my favorite day !
I am looking forward to have good time this weekend with my family . We will open our pool tomorrow afternoon on my birthday and will have cook out to celebrate my birthday. On Sunday we will go to my Aunt's house to have Memorial Day picnic party up there. On Monday it will be my son's birthday ! No birthday cake for me but probably put candles on watermelon for me as birthday cake ! I don 't mind that! I do not miss cake anymore because it made me sick in my stomach because of white flour stuff.
For People who will be on Travel this weekend, Have Fun but please drive carefully and come bacl alive here next Tuesday! Don't forget to do exercise this long weekend. It will be fun for all of families go for a walk together and enjoy weather!

D Cooks nite off! Will see what the wife brings home!
My big mug of decaf coffee and lots of water to drink. Went to gym after work, got my workout in and came home to rest. Got up at midnight to go to work so I could get out at 9am to get cleaned up and go to doctor appointment. Am quite the tired puppy, lol/. Have a great nite all!

We, too, are celebrating birthdays, anniversaries this weekend.
Choc cake for son-in-law, not for me though.

seems like a better plan today... TIRED.

Okay my scale is going the wrong way.. So I need to do something about and change things around. I am going to start eating breakfast and get my bu?? back in the gym next week. My back is much better so I have no excuse... Today I will eat and only eat what I am posting....

D - some kind of chicken
Water, Water, Water - okay one diet coke... I love diet coke...

B- 1 cup yogurt
S- SBD bar
L- 1.5 oz tuna salad over lettuce
S- 1 cup fruit salad
D- Probably chicken and salad of some sort
S- cheese stick
Gettting in LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of water today.
Also... did 45 minutes on the elliptical down in my basement this morning.
