Hi Sher. I stick pretty much to 3oz's of protien with a little veggie or carb as far as food go's. Be it cheese, or meat, or fish. Eating slow is key in both eating properly as well as not getting sick from overeating. It just becomes habit. I have lerned not to eat if I am having a heated discussion as I end up eating too fast and that just leads to

I am a year out and probably eat 4-5 oz of food at a time depending on what it is. Steak would be more like 3 oz, tuna fish would be more like 4 ozs and then a bit of veggies or something on the side. Most of what I eat is protein: meat, eggs, dairy as well as protein bars and shakes.
I eat more than many posts ops though I exercise alot and require more carbs due to reactive hypoclemia. So when the time comes, work with your Nut. on figuring out what is a good plan for you. Good luck!
