Food & Exercise Log Wednesday
Hi Everybody,
I am back! I was sick with runny nose and cold headache. Now I am all better and is looking forward this weekend coming.... alot of birthday parties and family picnic party. It will be my birthday this SAturday and my son's birthday on Monday. There will be alot of people for family picnic on Sunday. Of course I will bring healthly foods to the party!
B-instant oatmeal ( lower sugar)
S load of water
L tuna salad with sliced of tomatoes
S load of water
D scallops with green beans
S simple smart milk and nectar protein drink
Will go to Gym to do 45 min cardio while My son is with his personal trainer. His baseball game cancelled which supposed today.
Have a good workouT! don't forget to load up alot of water between meals and try to exercise for 30 min since we are so busy in our lives.

Hi Kathy! Work and home has been crazy so I have no idea what I will eat today besides the scrambled eggs I brought it. Lunch is coming in from the company.
But I just wanted to say that I am glad you are feeling better!
Tonight is my first appt with Terria Linn, the therapist that speaks at the Hamden support group sometimes. I'm very excited and I hope it goes well.
Okay I am doing really good today:
B: Iced Coffee with splenda
S: just my water
L: small serving of leftover chili from Wendy's
S: small amount of leftover chicken salad
D: probably ham and cheese rollups
S: Carbsmart Milk lots of it tonight
Did walking today at lunch time with Maryjo here at my office at the Community Center Track, it was a gorgeous day and we enjoyed the walk and the support for eachother, my little sis is the best. Will be walking again tonight with Mare, Tom and the boys and my daughter Erin at the boarwalk in WH. Can't wait it will be fun. I am feeling so positive about this, once I get myself going maybe the scale will finally budge.
I am so glad I have the love and support I do to do this, I need the push, I was just about to give up. Love you guys, you know who you all are.

Hi Everybody! What a Beautiful Day today!
B 1/2 cup kashi crunch cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
S 1/2 a banana
L Cup of turkey kielbasa stew
S protien shake
D Small piece of steak with green salad
Big Decaf coffee and lots of Crystal Light to drink today
No gym today, went yesterday. Lots of heavy lifting at work today so got a good workout in. Will ride my excersize bike after supper. Have a great nite everyone!

No exercise (YET) for me today.
Had my "foodie therapy" (drill sargent session) during my regular exercise time of the day. I love her! She helps keep me on track of what is important.
Food a bit off as that I ate breakfast too late and that threw me off schedule... meaning I have not eaten enough.
But here's the good news...
I have tomorrow to begin again!
I have to say...
I am PROUD of myself for getting in 155 mins of exercise last week.
If I keep it up... who knows what a gorgeous babe I will become!
Both Bob and Kim K know what a dragon lady I look like upon waking up each morning!
gotta laugh at one's self... RIGHT?

Hello Everyone,
Been another crazy week at work so far. I'm going to a women's conference on Friday and I'm looking forward to learning & being out of the office for a day to regroup.
B - Fried egg w/cheese and some ham.
L- My boss took me out to lunch..went to a chinese buffet. Ate some chicken and carrots..a few bites of "soft" things tried to stick with smart choices..nothing fried..and I LOVE california rolls (had 2) it's the only thing with "rice" in it I can tolerate...weird? Had a few grapes and a few bites of watermelon. Was stuffed!
S-coffee
D- made chicken parm..had about 4 oz's with a bite of spegetti
My day off from working out. Does doing laundry count??
