Well, didn't see it so guess I will put it up! B Turkey bologna and cheese roll up S Cheese stick L 3oz's 3 bean salad S Met-rx protien bar after gym D Turkey kielbasa stew Lots of Crystal light and water. Went to gym after work and got a good workout in. Feels so good when you get home and all your muscles are tingling! Just got done with supper and will chill out for the rest of the night Have a great night everyone!

Hello, B - 75% low sugar cinnamon toast with 1% milk (DUMPED ) L - Pretzels D - Cube Steak with Yuca (Spanish Vegtable) Drank 6 glasses of water already will drink two more. Pulled muscule in my back not sure if at the gym or cleaning on saturday... Feel much better today but not totally myself yet. Will try the gym tomm. Take Care, Magaly

Oh Yeah Julio, I pasted the test!!!! Can not believe it, the test was in spanish and I scored 76 out of 80.. I guess I am better than I thought in Spanish... Magaly

Atta Girl Magaly!!!!! Your alot better than me!! In high school I just barely passed Spanish! While I understand it perfectly I'm not very good at speaking it or writing it. When I was a child we were taught to listen, not talk! Hope your back feels better. It's important to take a day off in between workouts at the gym. You muscles need to heal. Love seeing how happy you are at going to the gym with your son. Feel the same way whenI'm there with my boy. Take care and have a great day! Julio P.S. Okay not a really good day today but okay one, Had a crazy couple of days at work. Our fundraiser is over and now we are starting our Business Expo and Senior Leadership Graduation, the fun never ends at Community Services. Then new fiscal year starts, then we are having the senior picnic. Its just a blast of events. LOL Hey Julio, Sorry I have not been available to chat big brother. I promise I will mail you the pavilion stuff and chat with you soon this week. B: Iced Coffee with splenda S: water L: Leftover chickenbowl from Taco Bell S: water D: piece of meatloaf, some cheese and crackers S: Sugarfree icecream Drank alot of my carb smart milk tonight. Hope this will help too. Did some walking at lunch time. Tomorrow I start my discipline with Maryjo. We will walk Wed and Fri at my work at lunchtime and then Wed night with our families in WH.
