Food Journal (Electronic)
Hi everybody,
My first post (I think). I am almost done with pre-surgery appointments. Next week I will have Psych and my second (and hopefully last) meeting with the dietician. I was told to lose 10 pounds, and I'm down 8. Looking at surgery in mid-late June.
My penmanship isn't all that great, and since I am on the computer a lot, I developed an Excel spread sheet for a food log. You can get it here.
My suggestion is to open the file, and save it. Then immediately save it again under a new name. I use the name of the month. This way, it leaves the original file as a template for future months. The "Vitamin" box is a check box, so you just have to click it to indicate that you have taken your vitamins.
Also, at the very bottom, there is a sheet for each two day increment. Click on the appropriate sheet for the date of your entry.
It will only print the worksheet, and not all of the faint lines. You must print in landscape mode.
Enjoy!
Great tool for you I am using my palm ( I am Computer geek) and input on Ct message board for my tool.
