Update on Bernadette - Momoffour...
Well, I've talked to Bernadette a few times today and she's still up at the hospital. Dr Aranow didn't show up to see her at all today until about 3pm, so, he said she's there for the weekend because she's still not eating at all. She took two bites of yogurt for breakfast and it made her nauseaus as well as the two bites of custard for lunch.
She may end up with a feeding tube if it doesn't get better.
Dr Aranow still feels like this has NOTHING to do with the WLS and may be just a bad viral infection in her intestines that won't let go.
Let's all say a prayer for her to get better and get out of that hospital soon.
Keep sending her emails! She's loving the ones you've already sent.
