Good Morning Everybody I hate this weather! Anyway I will be a****erford high School tomorrow at 900 am with my good friend to do for Relay for Life until 1 00 am to go home on Sunday morning! Will run errands stuffs for my family today B-cottage cheese with some strawberries S nectar protein drink and load of Water L Chili with ceddar cheese from Wendy S load of water D cod with small salad S simple smart milk and load of water half hour to do cardio at gym during my lunch time Go to bed early tonight to reast and RECHARGE my engery for SAturday all day and night! Good Morning! Happy it's Friday! Had a rough week at work and I'm ready to relax & recoup! Crystal light iced tea B- left over chicken with tomato sauce & some melted cheese....( I it up last night & this morning it's staying down...weird!) S- 4 whole grain crackers with garlic/parm cheese spread L- Chunky road house chili..some cheese..and a few spoonfuls of yogurt D-??? Not sure probably will go out somewhere. I got ALL my fluids in yesterday and will attempt to do it again today. No exercising it's my night off. I do have a TON of laundry to fold so will get caught up on that. Will get to the walking trails at least once this weekend and maybe go walk around the neighborhood. Have a good day all, Mickey

I LOVE LOVE RAIN! But would rather have gone back to sleep at 4:15am than get up today... rain sleep... some of the best sleep. OK.. reality. Exercise... DONE! B: 1/4 cup protein oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese WATER WATER WATER S: HB Egg or Protein Shake WATER WATER WATER L: 1 cup salad (vinegar dressing), 2 oz lean beef (chuck filet roast cut from Stews) WATER WATER WATER S:either one of earlier snacks not comsumed D: ????? I was at the health club already this a.m. Did 30 min on elyptical. I will be doing yoga tonight. Morning, Good luck tomorrow Kathy! I really enjoyed the yoga class last night at Fit 4 You. I especially like that she has a lunchtime yoga class on Weds. that I will be able to do. I could not get out of bed this morning! I am so late for work its not even funny. 4:30 am protein bar ****ep one by the bed) 7:00 protein bar 8:30 am - sausage & peppers (leftovers from last night) S - small banana L - lean cusine low carb meal S - cheese stick D - turkey meatloaf Well after doing sparkpeople.com for one day I can already see the problem. Too many carbs (albeit good carbs) and not enough protein (only 100 g of protein for more than 110 g of carbs). So I am going to try to focus more on protein. I have to eat a banana every day to keep my leg from hurting but I am thinking that if I blend it into a smoothie w/ some protein powder it will be a bit more good for me. I did my kickboxing last night and it felt so good to get those muscles moving again!

Hey all, A very crazy day for me today, got up sooooo late for work this morning, this weather really sucks big time. The sun keeps trying to come out. We are so crazy here today at work, our fundraiser is tonight for the senior center and we have been running around like chickens with our heads cutoff to set up and get everything ready. I have to run home at 4pm pickup tom and erin and get changed. We have alot of people coming, there will be entertainment and special awards given out to seniors who have done alot for the town, they are called Living Treasure Awards. So my eating is not good today at all. B: oatmeal S: Achieve one coffee drink L: Seafood bisque from local place in town S: kettle chips D: just a salad can't have the pasta they will be serving at the pasta festa S: none Drinking alot of waters today. I need to get back on track starting tomorrow. I hurt my back this morning reaching in the car for something so I won't be doing much exercise. DAMN IT I CAN NOT CATCH A BREAK LATELY. Anyway, everyone have a great weekend. Love ya all. Hopefully we will have sunshine soon. Hugs KimC

Hi folks! Last one again sigh! B 2 poached eggs S 1/2 a banana L 3oz's crab salad with diced tomato's with basil and olive oil S protien shake D turkey dog in a blanket Lots of water and runing around. Looking forward to a terstful weekend! Enjoy Everybody!
