Has anyone had surgery at St. Francis in Hartford

I was just wondering when they call you about admitting and when do they call you to tell you what time to be there? My surgery is next thursday, how soon should I expect a call from them ? thanx April

Hi April - I received a call, I think it was about 1 or 2 days before with the specific time - but the admitting call I received about a week in advance. I know I should remember this because it has only been a couple of months! Best of luck to you! Tammy

They will call 1-3 days ahead of time and they will let you know what time to be there. Jessica

hey april you should here from them by tuesday/wenesday. my surgery was on a thursday and i heard from them on tuesday. they tell you everything the nurse, and what time to be there and what time your surgery is. mine was first so my surgery started at 7:15 but i had to be there for 6, which was great...less time to think..lol hope that helps..take care!
