Hey WLS Family! It is almost Friday!!!! I will join with my good friend to do walking for Relay for Life from 930am to after 100 am a****erford High School on Saturday . It dont look good weather out there this weekend but I am praying for pop up sun on SAturday Hope God will listen my prayer SMILE! Kyle's baseball game went great but they lost! I went to bed so early last night but That is not me. it was 900 pm. I used to go bed around 11 00 pm or 10 30 pm during the week. I guess I was very tired last night. B- toasted rye with melt cheese with cold chicken top S nectar protien drink and load of water L Special K cereal with low fat milk S load of water D cod with broccolii S simple smart milk , load of water Will drink nectar protein half hour before I go gym with my son who will meet his trainer tonight. I will do 45 min cardio there. I am proud of my son. He cut off his favorite diet pespi soda ( it was used my favorite soda before I had this surgery and did not cheat sip or drink this soda anymore ) i don't miss them anymore Have a great day! Kathy K

What a great gift for your son Kathy. Tonight I am going to try a new class at fit 4 you Yoga for weightloss. b- speical k protein cereal s = hummus and soy chips l - grilled chicken salad s - pear slices D chicken w/ salsa and ff sour cream have a great day all! terri

EXERCISE... DONE! 3 miles... Leslie Sansone Walking Tape. Good cardio/fat burning workout PLUS resistance training all in one. Food on the way to being planned for the day. Always bring (what my nutritionist calls) my survival lunch box with me... oh...and WATER WATER WATER! Everyone have a great day...

Ok, my stomach is getting just plain fat! I don't know if this is bloating or what but I am giving it a few more days and then I am going to start the low fat diet that I got at the support group. My pants are so tight that its cutting off my circulation! B - special k & banana S - protein bar L - lean cuisine meal S - protein bar D - ?? they are having a late lunch here at work S - sf popsicle Ok, so no more grazing. I sat down for the first time in awhile and wrote down everything I ate that day and it was ALOT. All good stuff like soy chips but still extra calories. And I know my walking lately is burning off less calories than my kickboxing. So thats the answer, of course, less food, more calories burning off. And I am going to re-start my sparkpeople.com today as well. Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts everyone!

Hello, B - Coffee S - I might go get an omlet (not sure) L - Chilli S - I am going to try to skip it D - Chicken with Veggies I am going to the gym after work. I will do 15 min on the treadmill and a 30 min workout. I love the new set up in planet fitness. It looks almost like curve... I am sore today.. I will push myself to drink more water.. uhhhh... Hi Everybody! What a nice day! B ham and cheese roll up S 1\2 a banana L 3oz's fajita filling, (chicken breast with peppers and oinions) S protien shake after gym D grilled green peppers and Zuccinni My daily mug of decaf along with another 40oz's of crystal light Went to gym, upped my weights at all my stations another ten pounds. Am quite the tired puppy but love the way I'm feeling. Will sleep very good tonight! Hope everyone has a great evening!

Hi Kathy!! I really need to start participating in a daily food log... the accountability works wonders... B -- Coffee, Lite-n-Fit Carb Control Yogurt with a bit of Kashi cereal on top. S -- 1/2 cup Tuna Salad on 4 Ritz crackers L -- Cup of Soup with some celery sticks S -- probably a cheese stick D -- not sure yet, most likely chicken of some sort with a vegetable S -- a cheese stick if I'm still awake Lots of water... water water water... especially now that the weather is getting warmer, I find it SO much easier to get in all tha****er!! Exercise: Will be playing with my son and working in the yard all day -- the grass looks like a jungle!! --CJ 250/166/140 non-op
