Good Morning Everybody, Yesterday, my dinner was chef salad and I cooked kids and hubby ham steak with mashed potatoes with green beans. I will be very busy after work at home. There will be baseball game for my son and take my daughter for her appointment at 600 pm. Last night, I gave my son early best birthday present. I was little conerned about my son who started have little chucky stomach which you know as parent and myself know what it like to be overweight in the past so I decided to enroll my son to gym whihc is more than 1 mile from my house where he will go see personal trainer for half hour twice a week to teach him to do weight lift and various exercises so he can go to gym anytime this Summer by riding his bike down there to keep his shape up. he is so excited about it because he wants to build up his muscle like his Uncle Mike. Now I feel better about this and it is better than staying home to play TV games or Watch TV during Summer while I am at work. Thank you for listening this SMILE from worried and concerned mom ME! I can use this gym to do any machines to exercise while waiting for my son finish with his personal trainer. B- Speical K with half banana with low fat milk S load of water maybe hand of walnuts if I need it L few slices of turkey with mozz stick with little mustard on it and sliced of tomatoes S Load of water D Chicken with salsa with Mozz cheese with green beans S simple Smart milk and load of water Yesterday since the sun popped up , It felt good to go outside to jogging again for 2 miles Today I will do two machines to do cardio for 45 min during my lunch time at work Have a good workout! the sun is on the way!!!! Morning! Kathy~ what a great gift! I was late getting to the gym today. I only got in 15 min. of cardio... tonight when I get home I will do some Yoga. B~scrambled egg with turkey bacon S~several baby carrots with laughing cow light L~2oz.pork chop left over from last night and about 1/4 cup whole wheat pasta salad S~dried fruit and almonds if needed D~Chicken about 2 oz. and 1/4 of a baked potato. Kathy, I think that its awesome that you are setting such a great example for your kids by being so dedicated to exercise yourself and then encouraging them to do the same. When I was younger and gaining weight, my mom just stopped buying food! But if all she left in the house was a loaf of bread, I would eat the whole loaf! That was b/c she wasn't teaching me any positive food habits she was just telling me not to eat. You are a great mom. pre dawn protein bar B - sf oatmeal (from Walmart) S - sf pudding w/ protein powder L - chicken & veggie soup w/ cheese stick S - protein bar D - fish sticks & cheese stick Will do my cardio/kickboxing tonight. I really want to get into running but I am embarassed by how my body jiggles. lol But I want to get out into the sunshine (when it is here on a more permenant basis) and do more than just walk.

Good Morning, Today they are having a celebration at work for me. So I am only going to have my coffee this moning. Lunch I am having chicken with cabbage and dinner I will have a salad. I am trying to stay away from the snacks. I won the contest at work since I lost 4 pounds. But nice of me I had them extended for 3 more weeks since everyone gained weight. I am going to the gym today, and I enrolled my son also since he has gained weight and I am concerned about his health. My son is about 10 years old, 5 feet and 5 inches tall, and about almost 200 pounds. As much as he grows he gains but I need him to keep growing and stop gaining. So today we will start execising together and since I have no more school I will cook more. Have a great day! Magaly

Hi Everybody! A bit late today, lots to do B ham and cheese roll up S string chese stick L 3oz's sliced turkey with 3 grilled asperagus S couple of tater tots D smal chicken Fajita, small salad No gym today. went yesterday. Had a bit of running around to do so have doing the "Energizer bunny imitation". Drank my fill of decaf coffee and crystal light. Hope everyone got to sit in the sun today, was glorious! Take care, P.S. Magaly! Great that your having your son join you at the gym. He sounds like ray at that age. Ray weighs about 225 now and is over six feet tall. He has learned how to eat properly and to move around. There is no better gift we can pass on to our kids than good eating and excersize habits! Have a great day!

I went to the gym tonight and did 15 min on the treadmill and a 30 min workout. Planet Fitness has this great section that you workout for 30 min on different machines. My son and I love it. My son did very well today he did 10 min on the bike and 5 min on the treadmill and the 30 min workout. We will remind each other how important it is that we go workout. I feel great!!! I will work now on improving my eating..

Hello everyone, My stomach issues are better today. I am going to start taking Prevacid so I hope that helps. My DR called the script in today. Im going to have another ultrasound as well. Also does anyone take ZOLOFT, and notice that since surgery it does not work quite as well? My DR said that Effexor might be absorbed more easily than the zoloft....just wondering if anyone else had noticed a differnce in their antidepressants. Im all sorts of messed up huh???? I need some sunshine!!!!!!!!!!!and I need to be near the ocean!!!! the sun and the sea always cheer me up!!! Morn: coffee with Splenda Afternoon: ham and cheese rollups with Ritz crackers and a little mayo soy crisps dipped in hummus Night: tacos and salad I have been drinking yummy Dannon lemon water its sooooo good!!! ~Bethany -93 pounds 266/173/???
