Hi Folks! Hope all are well and fairly dry.
B Ham and cheese roll up
S !/2 a banana
L 3oz's steak with 1/2 a grilled green pepper
S Protien Shake after Gym
D small piece of Lasana
Getting all my fluids in between my giant mug of decaf coffee in the moring and crystal light. With all this rain around it helps to keep everything flowing!
Good workout at the gym, Am beat. Thank goodness I have some lasana I made a few weeks back in the freezer! God Bless the Microwave! Have a great day all!

P. S. Hey Bree, don't be too hard on yourself! We have enough stress every day, don't need to add any more. Know, That damm scale does that to all of us from time to time. Your doing great and will continue to do great! Take care!
