Good Morning Everybody,
This is my favorite day ! SMILE!
It will be very busy weekend for me. I will go to Kim C s house to have a meeting for preparing for WLS Picnic with people who will help Kim C and me with my daughter, Jessica who is excited to see Kim C's Daughter, Erin. Sunday there will be cook out for Mother s day .
It will be lousy weather this weekend but it won't spoil my spirit SMILE!
B-cold chicken
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L ???? Did not bring my lunch but probably salad from subway with cold lunch meats on top
S load of water
D will cook meatballs and spagitti but i will eat meatball with small salad
S simple smart milk and load of water
will do 30 min cardio at gym during my lunch time.

Good Morning Everyone!
Don't have much planned this weekend. Brimfield flea market is this week & I really wanted to go, but the weather will be lousy for any walking around in fields..
My son is with my ex-husband this weekend so mom's day will be quiet.
Iced tea when I woke up
B-ham & melted cheese
S-crackers w/melted cheese
L-Lean Cuisine..will eat mostly the meat and a few bites of veggies.
D-??? No idea
Bringing two huge powerades with me to work to hopefully boost my water in take..
No exercise today went last night. If the weather clears up at all will attempt to take a walk on the walking trails.

Morning everyone!
what a stellar day out there! psych! well at least we will have nice green trees and grass with all the rain. We've got a busy weekend ahead too... when isn't it busy? geesh!
Anyway, I am trying something different to curb night time snacking. I haven't been using protein drinks for a while now but I used to have some in my morning coffee and remember how full it made me feel. However, I normally don't have a problem with snacking during the day --- only at night and mostly because it is a bad habit to go into the kitchen. So, I have been making a big cup of decaf coffee every night and adding a scoop of protein to it and voila!!! I have that full feeling and something to put in my mouth while watching tv. It takes a while to drink a big cup of coffee so I am not heading out to the kitchen during commercials and by the time I fini**** it is just about time to go to bed. I haven't reached for a snack in 3 nights and have lost 2 lbs! Plus, it doesn't hurt to get in all the extra vitamins and nutrients that are in the powder.
Just thought I'd share in case this may be something my fellow nocturnal snackers might want to try.
B - special K protein cereal
s- grapes
l - leftover steak & side salad
s - hand full nuts
d - probably chicken maybe
s - protein coffee!!!

What is Special K protein cereal? Is it sold in the regular grocery store?
I felt like carbing it again this morning, so I comprimise with myself. Instead of the sausage, egg and cheese crossaint that I wanted, I had a egg english muffin. Not the best WLS breakfast but better.

S - protein bar
D - tuna
S - sf popscile
I wound up exercising yesterday after all. I felt so bloated after my earlier gluttony that I just had to work it off. The good news is that my hip feels fine so I may still work out again this afternoon.
