Loses lots of weight together!!! Well, dear hubby is on his way to having bypass surgery. He's done almost all of his support groups, had all of his testing BEFORE seeing Dr Aranow! And met with him for his initial consult yesterday. Dr A was so impressed that he was SO prepared, that he said he'll probably have surgery within the next 6 weeks. All he has to do is meet with Kim D. and the dietician and have his gallbladder u/s and he's all done. My kids call my incision scar "the worm"....now they're saying, "You're both gonna have a WORM!!!" eewwwww. He's no where as heavy as I was, and he'll lose fast, so this will be a good thing for him too. I'm psyched for hubby (Bob) and if any of you see "Bob Hepler" at a support group meeting, say hi. We can't go together because of no babysitter and I have to get up there soon to a meeting. He usually works Mon & Tues nites. Just wanted to share our news! We'll be the second couple in our town to be bypassed by Dr Aranow! All the way down here in Rhode Island! paula
