Good Morning Everybody, I just finished to do my 30 min cardio at home this morning. Woke up at 300 am but cannot go back to sleep so I went downstair to do 30 min on my treadmill then took a nice hot shower. Went to work at 500 am. Dr Aranow is very pleased with my processing and my bloodwork is great B- instant oatmeal ( lower sugar) S mozz cheese and load of water L tuna with sliced of tomatoes S load of water D turkey burger with cheese top and tomatoes with small salad S simple smart milk and load of water It don't feel like Spring outside!!! Good Morning Everyone! Iced tea when I woke up B- lean corn beef w/melted cheese S - 4 whole grain crackers w/melted cheese L- meatballs and some yogurt D - ??? Water & coffee through out the day. No exercise tonight..went Mon & Tuesday. Need to get caught up around the house and clean two bathrooms...YUCK! Watched american idol last night & I think Katharine i****ting the trails tonight. It certainly does not feel like Spring outside! B - protein bar S - banana (my leg is feeling 100% now!) L - homemade chicken stew S - protein bar D - more stew S - protein bar It felt like stew weather so I broke out the crockpot last night. While everyone else has a slight chill, I am freezing! Some good soup warms the bones. Well the doc's office called last night and said that all my levels were within normal limits so I have no idea why am I so pooped lately except maybe it is just stress from the job. More cardio/kickboxing tonight!

B- (ok, I'm going to admit it) I had a piece of pizza w/chicken on it. That's what I get for not planning ahead. Oh well, there are worse choices... S- 1/2 protein bar L- Lean Cuisine S- other 1/2 of protein bar D- meatballs in marinara sauce (skipping the pasta) S- probably treat myself to a latte or the like... Drinking- did pretty well yesterday and manages to get in about 50 oz of liquids. -which is a LOT for me. Today I'm shooting for at least the same. Having the crystal lite on the go packets helps with my resistance to water... Right now I'm up to about 25 oz... Have a great dat all~!

Hello Everyone, School is done!!!!!!!! I graduate on Sunday with my Bachelors in Social Science.... Will start my Masters Program in January.... Oh yeah, now is wedding planning time... I got engaged in December and we just booked this week for June 23, 2007.... B - Coffee L - Chicken with small salad D - Chicken ceasar salad Trying to stay away from the carbs to see if that will help my weight since i keep playing with the same 5 pounds... Instead of going to weigh****chers every week I am going to go every two weeks... These last 15 pounds I would like to loose are hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good Day Magaly
