Food & Exercise Log Tuesday
Happy Tuesday!
I will go see Dr Aranow for 18 months check up ( I am one month behind but better than nothing) today after lunch.
B-Cottage cheese with some sliced of strawberries
S handful of almonds and load of water
L roll of lunch meats (ham) with mozz stick with little mustard with sliced of tomatoes
S nectar protein drink and load of water
D chicken with mushroom with green beans
S simple smart milk and load of water
30 min cardio at gym during my lunch time

Had a blast yesterday. Took the day off... pampered my body... saw some friends... celebrated my grandson's bday... saw Judge Judy... was sitting with Kim K and saw her (Judy) out of the corner of my eye... without moving my head or my lips I said... "Kim! There is Judge Judy!" it was too funny.
Back to reality...

S - hard boiled egg

L - turkey rollup and 2 strawberries
S - Protein Shake
WATER WATER WATER
D - Turkey burger, small salad
S - 60 cal/no sugar yogurt and calcium supp
Woke up late... will perhaps later walk with Leslie Sansone...

Good Morning All,
Looks like a soggy week coming up. Kathy, good luck at Dr A's today....let us know how you make out. I just got my appointment reminder to see him for my 18m checkup.
Hoping it doesn't rain tonight cuz planning a fitness walk with a friend, if not, will walk on the treadmill and/or do yoga video.

I did great with water yesterday... finally made it to 64 oz. hoping to do that again today. The snacking demon has been haunting me lately so i am arming myself with healthy snacks today and going to put the padlock on my mouth after 8pm tonight.

Water, water, water! I am so dehydrated that my skin is dry and cracked.
I am going to have to grab another banana b/c my leg still hurts. Just when I decide to do more outdoors exercise it gets cold and rainy. lol So last night I wound up doing my cardio/kickboxing tape again and I guess I will be doing that until it gets decent outside again. I figure it doesn't matter as long as I keep my body moving right? Even 30 minutes of exercise is better than sitting on the couch I guess.

Anyway, this is what my day looks like:
B: 20 oz coffee & a bit later- Dannon LF yogurt w/some sliced almonds mixed in
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: Slice Pizza w/Chicken on it
S: other 1/2 of protein bar
D: lean cuisine of some sort
S: probably won't have one, as I have yoga class tonight.
H2O: tryin my darndest to drink more...got crystal lite on the go in Sunrise flavor to add to my bottled water, since I really find water boring and undesirable.
Exercise today is my yoga class tonight for 90 minutes.
